Truly funny to an old oil man........
Being in charge of the commercial side of an oil refinery for years and the hugely important shipping and jetty side which goes with that, the following is hilarious, taken in the right spirit, and followed an actual incident with a Greek vessel off Australia in 1991 I think. It is, of course, a joke but could remind us all of politicians:-
